In 2010, I launched my freelance business.

Since then, I’ve catered to dozens of small businesses, individuals and non-profits, building websites, creating promotional and marketing content and social media presence.

I strive to help people and organizations whose mission or reason for being is to help the greater good for humanity.

In 2015, I joined TripAdvisor on their CRM team and began professionally focusing on marketing systems, particularly email.

My extensive professional experience covers full-time support to enterprise-level B2C companies and organizations, and smaller B2B companies and startups.
